First thank you very much for your purchase or your interest in our product. Before you open your ticket, please read a few points below so we can help you faster and smooth.

  1. In most cases, you will receive an answer within 24 hours, this can be extended to 48 hours during the weekends or national holidays but we try to always be as responsive as possible
  2. Our working time: 8:00 AM → 6:00 PM and Monday - Friday . Our time zone (GMT+7)
  3. Provide access to your WordPress site & FTP in the ticket will speed up the process. 
  4. Giving details, screenshots , video to explain more about your problem will speed up the process.
  5. If any support ticket has no response from client for 7 days it is closed automatically. If you need further assistance you can create another ticket.
  6. Be polite and patient, we love what we do.

We offer support in English. So please use English when opening tickets.

My support has expied. What should I do?

When your support pack has expired, you won't be able to create new tickets anymore. You can renew support to continue opening a new ticket. You can go to link to check how to renew support at https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

Where can I get my purchase code?

If you're submitting ticket without using Envato login, you will need purchase code instead. Purchase code can be obtained in your Themeforest profile page, click on the tab "Download", from the item list, click on the button "Download" of the item and you will see where to get the code.
