- In most cases, you will receive an answer within 24 hours, this can be extended to 48 hours during the weekends or national holidays but we try to always be as responsive as possible

- Provide access to your WordPress site & FTP in the ticket will speed up the process.
- Giving details, screenshots , video to explain more about your problem will speed up the process.
- If any support ticket has no response from client for 7 days it is closed automatically. If you need further assistance you can create another ticket.
- Be polite and patient, we love what we do.
